Diamond Primed Baseball LLC runs youth baseball programs, tryouts, and training, and this website. This policy explains what information we collect from families, why we collect it, and where it is kept.
What we collect
The information we hold is information a parent gives us when registering for a program, tryout, or training session, or when using the Parent Portal.
- About the parent or guardian: name, email address, phone number, and the name typed as a signature on our Release of Liability waiver.
- About the player: name, age and date of birth, age group, positions, batting and throwing side, prior experience, and any comments you add.
- From tryouts and training: the coach's evaluation of the player (skill categories, notes, and a recommendation), and the development profile and performance notes coaches maintain for rostered players.
- From the Parent Portal: your login email, and the messages exchanged between you and our coaches.
- Automatically: the basic technical records any website host keeps, such as the pages requested and the time. We do not run advertising trackers or sell analytics data.
Why we use it
- To register players, run tryouts, and place players on teams and in programs.
- To evaluate and track each player's development and share that with the player's family through the Parent Portal.
- To communicate with you about schedules, programs, and your player.
- To keep signed waivers as required for participation.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for any purpose other than running Diamond Primed programs.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Information is kept in the secure systems we use to run our programs: our registration forms, the database behind the Parent Portal, and our email. It is used only by Diamond Primed and only for the purposes above.
Player and family information is only visible to our administrative staff. In the Parent Portal, each family can see only its own player. Our systems use encrypted connections throughout, access controls that limit who can see what, and two-factor identification for administrators.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
